It was a good run, but Celina unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of Benbrook by a score of 4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat Celina has suffered since March 18th.

Celina's loss dropped their record down to 17-7-1. As for Benbrook, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season.

Celina will head out on the road to challenge Van Alstyne at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Bobcats 3.7, the Panthers 4) so any runs scored will be well earned. Benbrook does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
