The Snyder Tigers had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 31.3 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They secured a 52-46 W over West Side. This was one game where the offenses had no trouble playing at a high level.
Dj Mcclary continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 277 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.9 yards per carry, and also throwing for 228 yards and three touchdowns. Mcclary is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Keyon Thorpe, who gained 178 total yards and two touchdowns.
Snyder's victory was their third straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 5-4. Admittedly, the team didn't face the toughest opposition across those games, namely West Side, Hoboken, and Ridgefield Park. As for West Side, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-8.
Snyder will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on November 10th. West Side does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
