The Poca The Dots lost against the Logan Wildcats back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Poca was outmatched by Logan at home and fell 74-39. Poca has not had much luck with Logan recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Shiloh Harding and Alyssa Raynes certainly did their best on Monday to try and avoid the loss. Harding dropped a double-double on 11 points and 10 rebounds, while Raynes scored 12 points along with 5 rebounds.
Poca bumped their record down to 1-3 with that loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Logan, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Poca will be playing in front of their home fans against Hoover at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Logan, they will head out on the road to face off against Lincoln County at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
