After a string of three wins, the Horizon Science Academy Hawks 's's good fortune finally ran out  on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a rough  63-23 loss at the hands of Columbus School for Girls. Horizon Science Academy has struggled against Columbus School for Girls recently, as their  matchup on Tuesday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
 Several Hawks  players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Hawa Ba, who  scored six points. Ba is on a roll when it comes to  blocks, as she's  now  posted two or more in the last five games she's  played.  Glory  Owoyemi was another key contributor,  scoring seven points.
 Horizon Science Academy's defeat  ended a three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 3-3. As for Columbus School for Girls, their win  ended a three-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 2-4.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Horizon Science Academy is on the road again  on Monday and play against Mifflin at 6:00  p.m.  on December 18th. As for Columbus School for Girls, they will  square off against Columbus Academy at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. Columbus Academy is coming into the  game on a three-game losing streak.
