The Community School of Davidson Spartans can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent match on Wednesday. They blew past Langtree Charter 65-15 on the road. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 46-5.
Community School of Davidson was led to victory by Tyler Baughan and Molly Feighery. Baughan scored 16 points, while Feighery scored 20 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Feighery has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Aubrey McCormick, who scored ten points.
Community School of Davidson pushed their record up to 13-1 with that victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.2 points per game. As for Langtree Charter, they are on a 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-14.
Community School of Davidson will be playing in front of their home fans against Pine Lake Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Pine Lake Prep has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Langtree Charter, they will head out on the road to challenge Christ the King at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Christ the King presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Langtree Charter in North Carolina (Christ the King is ranked 275th, while Langtree Charter is ranked 580th).
