The Puget Sound Adventist Sharks's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They took a serious blow against Crosspoint, falling 52-2. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Puget Sound Adventist has scored all season.
Leading Crosspoint to victory were Anna Kuske and Maggie Fraser. Kuske scored eight points along with six rebounds and three steals, while Fraser scored seven points along with six steals. Fraser has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. Lucy Wasson was another key contributor, scoring four points along with four steals.
Puget Sound Adventist dropped their record down to 1-9 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight at home. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 9.6 points per game. As for Crosspoint, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 16-2.
Puget Sound Adventist does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Crosspoint will be playing at home against Quilcene at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
