After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Fairbanks, Elgin was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Wynford Royals by a score of 7-3. Madison Hill was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits (and not a single walk).
