The biggest upset of the week belonged to St. Vincent de Paul, who defeated 517th ranked Calistoga, 27-14. Derek Murphy ran for 189 yards in the win.
The Mustangs extended the longest winning streak in North Central II/Bay Football this week by beating the Wildcats, 27-14. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.
Orion Harrell was a passing and rushing force as Calistoga fell to Gary Galloway's team. He completed 19 passes for 208 yards and 1 touchdown and also ran for 5 yards. Harrell's favorite target this week was Dylan Alvarado, who caught 7 passes for 101 yards.
Alvarado was the best receiver in the league this week as Paul Harrell's team fell to the Mustangs. Alvarado racked up 7 receptions for 101 yards. Timmy Montanez helped Calistoga's passing attack out by catching 5 balls for 41 yards.
5-foot-9 quarterback Zane Pedersen of California School for the Deaf is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1,230. He has also thrown 15 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Elijah Lucy. The Emery star has 30 catches for 716 yards.
St. Vincent de Paul scaled the state rankings by moving to 583 from 635 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Mustangs were able to move up by topping the Wildcats 27-14.
