On Thursday Haki Muhammad was dialed in and scored 25 points along with two steals. Considering what he did the last time these two duked it out (he scored 25 points), Rosedale Christian Academy should've known better. As if that's not impressive enough, the contest was his 11th in a row with 15 or more points. This season, Muhammad has averaged 24 points and 2 assists per contest.
Muhammad and New Hope Academy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Goretti at 7:00 p.m. on January 26th. New Hope Academy will be headed into this one with a pretty big disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 69 places lower in Maryland), but they're not letting that get them down. Will they be able to pull off an upset behind Muhammad? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
