PALISADE, Colo. - After two lead changes,
Palisade (Colo.) took the lead for good when
Dalton Hannigan ran for a touchdown with under a minute left in the third quarter and held on to beat
Moffat County (Craig, Colo.) 35-14 on Saturday.
The Bulldogs saw their 8-point halftime lead fall to seven entering the fourth.
Hannigan stood out for Palisade in the win. The junior ran for three touchdowns. He has now scored 20 touchdowns on the season.

Bubba Ivers played well. The senior quarterback ran for two touchdowns.
PHS went into the matchup giving up only 11.6 points per game. The 14 points that Moffat County ended with were below its average of 19.4 coming into the game.
Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 38-20 win for the Bulldogs.
The loss comes after Moffat County defeated Battle Mountain 29-7 last week. The loss snapped MC's 2-game winning streak.
