After a disappointing 2 points in the match before, Oakville made sure to put some points up on the board against Wishkah Valley last Friday. Oakville made easy work of Wishkah Valley and carried off a 62-34 victory. The success made it back-to-back wins for Oakville.
Meanwhile, after a big victory against Wishkah Valley two weeks ago, Washington School for the Deaf came back down to earth. Washington School for the Deaf took a serious blow against Phoenix Day School for the Deaf, falling 14-60. Washington School for the Deaf were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-40.
Oakville's win lifted them to 2-1 while Washington School for the Deaf's loss dropped them down to 1-1. We'll find out if Oakville can add another positive mark to their record or if Washington School for the Deaf can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Oakville's step.
