The biggest upset of the week belonged to O'Neill, who took down 100th ranked O'Neill, 26-21. Robert Pezzullo threw for 149 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 33 yards in the win.
Burke Catholic moved up to 313 from 441 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Section 9 C-I. The Eagles climbed the ranks as a result of a 26-21 win over the Raiders.
Jerry Nasi was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 27 carries, he ran for 199 yards as O'Neill topped O'Neill. Keegan West also contributed to the rushing game with 26 yards on the ground.
Kelly was the best wideout in the league this week as Ed Van Curen Jr's team beat Anthony Finochio's team. Kelly tallied seven receptions for 152 yards. Patrick Joyner helped Burke Catholic's passing attack out by catching three balls for 25 yards.
The Eagles' Pezzullo and Kelly have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Section 9 C-I in both passing and receiving yards. Pezzullo has thrown for 812 yards this season, while Kelly, a 6-foot-3 receiver, has 23 catches for 538 yards. Nasi from the Raiders leads the league in rushing with 734 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when O'Neill takes on Dover. At the moment, the Raiders are in third, while the Dragons are in first.
