Silver Valley can now show off 13 landslide victories after their most recent contest on Friday. They breezed by Academy of Careers & Exploration at home to the tune of 95-33. Silver Valley's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Jasean Phillips continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 29 points along with seven rebounds and seven steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Javion Taylor was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds.
Meanwhile, PAL Academy came up short against Glenn on Wednesday and fell 39-31.
Silver Valley pushed their record up to 16-1 with that victory, which was their tenth straight at home. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 44.5 points. As for PAL Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.
Everything came up roses for Silver Valley against PAL Academy when the teams last played back in December of 2023 as the squad secured a 57-21 win. With Silver Valley ahead 57-10 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
