The Disney II Titans will head out on the road to take on the Intrinsic Mustangs at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Disney II is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.
Last Thursday, Disney II didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Wells, but they still walked away with a 36-30 win. The victory was just what Disney II needed coming off of a 48-5 defeat in their prior matchup.
Intrinsic posted their biggest win yet this season on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Alcott 45-18 on the road.
Intrinsic got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was America Escalera out in front who scored 17 points. Another player making a difference was Dezanique Riley, who scored 11 points.
Disney II's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Intrinsic, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.
Disney II beat Intrinsic 38-30 in their previous meeting back in January of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Disney II since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
