With a playoff game on the line, the Brock Eagles rose to the challenge on Friday. They strolled past the Panthers with points to spare, taking the game 21-7. The win was nothing new for Brock as they're now sitting on ten straight.
It was another big night for Brody Woods, who rushed for 73 yards and two touchdowns. Woods hasn't dropped below two rushing touchdowns for three straight games.
Brock's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Paradise, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-2.
Brock will be playing in front of their home fans against Malakoff at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Malakoff knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past 13 contests -- so hopefully Brock likes a good challenge. Paradise does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
