Regis hasn't had much luck against Cadott recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Ramblers will welcome the Hornets at 5:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.
On Monday, Regis earned a 14-11 win over Colby. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Ramblers.
Regis let Jacelin Jensen and Malia Kassing run wild. Jensen scored three runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3, while Kassing went 3-for-5 with four RBI, one triple, and one run. That's the most runs Jensen has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Olivia Morning, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances.
Regis hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four batters in four consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Cadott made easy work of Owen-Withee on Friday and carried off a 16-1 victory. The Hornets haven't had any issues with the Blackhawks recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.
Lexi Bremness and Rilei Weeks did most of the damage at the plate: Bremness scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2, while Weeks scored three runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Kennedy Nerdrum, who went 1-for-3 with four RBI, one run, and one double.

Tuesday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Regis has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .453. However, it's not like Cadott struggles in that department as they've averaged .478. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Regis suffered a grim 19-8 defeat to Cadott in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Can the Ramblers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
