The Farwell Steers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 23 points or more this season. They put the hurt on Dalhart with a sharp 54-31 win on Monday. The victory was nothing new for Farwell as they're now sitting on six straight.
Makylee Baldwin was her usual excellent self, scoring 16 points. The contest was her sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kennedi Richey, who scored seven points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Farwell's win bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Dalhart, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season.
Farwell will take on Tascosa at 2:15 p.m. on Thursday. Dalhart and Reagan County will round out the year against one another at 4:00 p.m. on December 28th at.
