Johnston came tearing into  Wednesday's  matchup with six straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.7 runs) and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with  an   8-3  victory over the South Kingstown Rebels.   Haley Boudreau made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out 14 over seven innings pitched.  In other batting news,  Kalyn Foster was  incredible,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 4-for-4.  Bella Boudreau was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs while going 1-for-5.
 Johnston has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won eight of their last nine matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 12-2 record  this season. As for South Kingstown, they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 5-9.
