Baltic's Wyatt Stepka recorded the longest rushing play in Big East (9 Man) this season in his game against Irene/Wakonda last week. Stepka's team lost to the Eagles as he sprinted for 66 yards on the play and finished with 156 in all.
Adding to the longest winning streak in the league this week, Parker beat Corsica/Stickney 26-14. The win marks fourth in a row for the the Pheasants.
Thanks to the talents of Kyler Johnson and Stepka, Baltic has been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Johnson is tops in the league in passing with 571 yards, while Stepka has rushed for 259 yards this season. Tops in the league in receiving yards is Chester's Jesse Kreutzfeldt, with 194 yards on 16 catches.
Fans will be thrilled by an exciting game in the secondary when the Flyers' Kreutzfeldt goes up against Jason Aberson's team's Nate Stadem.
The Bulldogs are currently in second, while Chester is in third.
Baltic led the league in scoring this week by notching 44 points on Baltic.
