Ironwood breezed by the Cougars at home to the tune of 73-41 on Tuesday. Ironwood has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 contests by 23 points or more this season.
Noah Gifft was his usual excellent self, scoring 26 points along with four steals. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last ten games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Blake Carabio, who scored 17 points along with three steals.
Ironwood pushed their record up to 22-2 with that win, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.7 points per game. As for Kellis, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-18.
