Linn came tearing into  Tuesday's  contest with 15 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Stafford Trojans by a score of  2-0.
 Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Linn took both sets by at least 16 points. The final score came out to 25-9,  25-8.
 Gretchen Bott paced Linn's offense, picking up 12 kills. Bott got some help from  Sophia Hiltgen and her 13 assists. Bott also made an impact serving:  she shared the team lead in aces with  Alivia Meier, each putting up two.
Linn's win bumped their record up to 29-5. As for Stafford, their defeat was  their fourth straight at home, which  dropped their record down to 7-24.
