 The team  relied heavily on  Tristan Mahurin, who  went 2-for-3 with one  home run, four  runs,  and two  RBI. That's the most  runs  he has posted since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was  Dalton Dresch, who  went 1-for-3 with three  runs, one  triple,  and one  RBI.
Meanwhile, Valor Preparatory Academy fought the good fight in their extra-innings  game against Bishop Reicher Catholic  on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Cougars by a score of  21-20.
  James Hoagland was cooking despite his team's loss,   scoring two  runs and  stealing  Two bases. while going 1-for-5. The team also got some help courtesy of  Luke Curtice, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 Bracken Christian pushed their record up to 8-11 with the  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 18.7 runs over those games. As for Valor Preparatory Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
