Appleton North won the last time they faced Madison Memorial and things went their way on Saturday too. The Lightning came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lightning.

NATHAN RAMUS paced Appleton North's offense, picking up seven kills. RAMUS got some help from SAOLAI THAO and his eight assists.

Appleton North's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Madison Memorial, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coincidentally, Appleton North and Madison Memorial will both be playing Muskego the next time they take the court. The Spartans will head out to face the Warriors at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, while the Lightning will play them later in the day, at 10:30 a.m.
