Valley Christian won the last time they faced Lourdes and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Warriors came out on top against the Knights by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Valley Christian had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 26-28, 25-20, 25-23, 25-21.

Valley Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Aubryn Lehman, who had nine digs and three aces. That's the most aces Lehman has posted over her last ten matches. Ellie Demler was another key player, getting 12 digs.

They weren't the only good servers: Valley Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in six consecutive matchups.

Valley Christian's record is now 22-6. As for Lourdes, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-12.

Coming up, Valley Christian will take on Randolph in a tournament on Saturday. As for Lourdes, they will face off against Fall River at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
