Meanwhile, Lawrence North waltzed into Saturday's game with six straight wins but they left with seven. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 66-63 win over Gibson Southern. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Warren Central's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Lawrence North, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home.
