Legacy proved they can win big  last Thursday (they won by 36) but  on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a  win as the  squad sidled past the Grant Lancers  25-22. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played  back in August of 2023.

 Legacy now  has a winning record of 2-1. As for Grant, their  defeat was their first of the  season and also makes their record 2-1.
 Legacy will face off against Wilson at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Grant, they will get a bit of extra time to process the  loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Fulton at 7:00  p.m.  on September 20th.
