The Hammond Central Wolves will be home for the holidays to greet the Crown Point Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Last Friday, Hammond Central narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past 21st Century Charter 74-72.
Hammond Central's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Gregory Dotson, who scored 22 points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Marcus Browder, who scored 25 points along with eight rebounds.
Meanwhile, Crown Point scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They took down Munster 69-51. That looming 69-51 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Crown Point yet this season.
Hammond Central now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Crown Point, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.
