Jones has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 11 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Tyra Caves, who scored 11 points along with five assists.
Harrison Central's win bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Jackson, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-2.
Harrison Central will head out on the road to face off against Presbyterian Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Presbyterian Christian will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. As for Jackson, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Leroy at 6:00 p.m.
