Cascade is 10-0 against Camanche since January of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Cascade Cougars will be playing in front of their home fans against the Camanche Indians at 6:00 p.m. Hopefully Cascade is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Camanche in Iowa (Cascade is ranked 58th, while Camanche is ranked 247th).
Last Friday, Cascade didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Northeast, but they still walked away with a 41-35 victory.
Meanwhile, Camanche's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 61-31 loss at the hands of River Ridge/Scales Mound. Camanche was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-14.
Cascade is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. As for Camanche, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.
Everything came up roses for Cascade against Camanche in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 as the team secured a 53-24 victory. Does Cascade have another victory up their sleeve, or will Camanche turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
