After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Adrian, Tri-Valley was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They breezed past the Deary Mustangs to the tune of 64-14.

Several Mustangs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jarrett Keen, who rushed for 104 yards and one TD, and also threw for 122 yards on nine of 18 attempts. Keen showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 62 yards. Jacob Mechling also helped out with an impressive 99 receiving yards.
The win got Tri-Valley back to even at 1-1. As for Deary, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
Looking ahead, Tri-Valley will face off against Notus at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Deary, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Timberline at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th.
