Russellville Gets a Boost from Phinizee in 44-13 Victory
Cameron Phinizee's rushing tear continued on Friday as he dropped his 20th-straight game with 105+ rushing yards dating back to last season. He rushed for 221 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 82-yard run.
Phinizee must have West Point's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Phinizee saw the Warriors), he rushed for 230 yards and five touchdowns on only 11 carries.

Jake Harper Delivers Electric Performance Vs Sardis
Jake Harper was instrumental in extending Fairview's winning streak to seven on Friday. Harper did his part (and then some), rushing for 251 yards on only 13 carries for the 'W'. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 121 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Fairview's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Harper and Fairview will play host again on Friday to welcome East Limestone, where kickoff is scheduled at 7:00 p.m.

Ollie Howell Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Friday, West Point had to settle for second even though Ollie Howell put up the best numbers he has all season. Howell rushed for 187 yards while picking up 9.8 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 59 yards.
On the season, Howell has averaged 87.8 rushing yards per game.

Tarus Davis produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Russellville to the win on Friday. Davis rushed for 91 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries.
