Kaiya Downing turned in his biggest game of the season on Tuesday, scoring ten points along with two blocks. As if that's not impressive enough, the contest was her third in a row with two or more blocks. This season, Downing has averaged 6.2 points, 1.4 blocks, and 6.2 rebounds per match.
Downing and Atchison will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Sumner Academy on Friday.
