Having just played yesterday, the Troy Flying Horses will head out on the road to face off against the Hudson Falls Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on February 9th. Troy has now lost eight straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since January 12.
On Thursday, Troy ended up a good deal behind Greenville and lost 60-45. While losing is never fun, Troy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 388th, while Greenville is ranked 105th).
Meanwhile, Hudson Falls had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took down Johnstown 47-31 on Saturday. The win was just what Hudson Falls needed coming off of a 51-31 defeat in their prior contest.
Troy dropped their record down to 2-15 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Hudson Falls, their win bumped their record up to 5-13.
