Things haven't been easy for Lindbergh, and their matchup on Friday only extended their streak of losses to seven. They were completely outmatched, falling 9-68 to Foster. The state rankings had actually given Lindbergh a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
Lindbergh are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-7. The win bumped Foster's record up to 2-5.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Lindbergh take on Foss at 7:00 PM. Both of those teams have had a rocky road up to this point with seven consecutive losses for Lindbergh and three for Foss. As for Foster, they will face off against Renton. Renton took a loss in their last game and are no doubt out to reverse Foster's good fortune.
