After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Centennial, the Centura Centurions were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They came out on top against St. Paul by a score of 50-39. For Centura, this counts as revenge for the 43-40 defeat St. Paul walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2023.
Centura's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Weston Kroeger, who scored 17 points along with six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Kroeger has scored all season. Cayden Anderson was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Centura's win ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-13. As for St. Paul, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.
Centura will be playing at home against Ravenna at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Paul, they will head out on the road to challenge Central City at 7:45 p.m. on Friday.
