Valhalla came tearing into Friday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 64-48 win over the El Cajon Valley Braves. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 60-43 last Tuesday.

Valhalla was led to victory by Andrew Mikhail and SAMEER MONQAD. Mikhail went 7 of 10 from beyond the arc to rack up 23 points and five boards, while MONQAD posted 22 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals. What's more, Mikhail also posted a 70% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's posted since back in December of 2024. Delon Hana was another key player, putting up seven points along with five rebounds and five steals.

Valhalla pushed their record up to 17-9 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points over those games. As for El Cajon Valley, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-17.

Looking ahead, Valhalla will take on West Hills at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Hills has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for El Cajon Valley, they will square off against Granite Hills at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Granite Hills is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.8 points per game this season.
