Eli Littlejohn put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Friday. He wasn't messing around, rushing for 137 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.6 yards per carry. The matchup was his third straight with two or more rushing touchdowns dating back to last season.
On the season, Littlejohn has averaged 33.3 receiving yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after six games last season, he had three rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to 12.

A Season-Best Performance from Andrew Topping Leads Chapmanville Regional over Hoover
On Friday, Chapmanville Regional had to settle for second even though Andrew Topping put up the best numbers he has all season. Topping rushed for 79 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 69 receiving yards. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023.
Chapmanville Regional is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5. Topping and Chapmanville Regional will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Wayne at 7:00 p.m. on October 18th.

Charles Cantrell Crosses Big Stat Threshold
On Friday, Nitro got the W thanks in part to Charles Cantrell playing the best football he has all season. Cantrell picked up 3.5 sacks and made seven total tackles (5.0 for loss). Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 5.2 total tackles per game.

Rounding off our Top Five is Chris Jenkins of Ripley. Jenkins picked up 110 receiving yards and a touchdown. He didn't just play on offense: he also made four total tackles and defended a pass in addition to snagging an interception.
Ripley moved to 4-1 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak. Jenkins and Ripley will head out to square off against Sissonville on Friday.
