Leominster had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Minnechaug Regional Falcons as they made off with a 7-1 win. Considering the Blue Devils have won six matchups by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Leominster's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Minnechaug Regional, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-6.

Coming up, Leominster will head out to square off against Fitchburg at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. The Blue Devils are facing the Blue Raiders at the right time seeing as the Blue Raiders are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Minnechaug Regional, they will take on West Springfield at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday.
