After having lost a blowout in their previous game, Community School of Davidson was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Christ the King Crusaders by a score of 7-4. This was a revenge game for the Spartans: when they faced off against the Crusaders last Tuesday, they had to take a 9-1 loss.

Community School of Davidson's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Christ the King, they moved to 6-6 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Community School of Davidson will have a chance to go back-to-back against Christ the King: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Friday.
