Westover extended their losing streak  (dating back to last season) to 26  on Tuesday, dropping their season record down to 0-15 in the process. They came up short against  the E.E. Smith Golden Bulls, falling  39-24. On the bright side, the 24- run  performance marked the Wolverines' highest-scoring  match to date.
  Kelis Barfield was cooking despite her team's loss,   firing off two  home runs and four  RBI while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was  Alexis Vossen, who  went 1-for-4 with one  home run and four  RBI.
