After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Miami, MAST Academy was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Braddock Bulldogs as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Makos in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won three in a row.

While MAST Academy might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Braddock scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-18, 28-26.

Isa Miguel paced MAST Academy's offense, picking up six kills. Miguel got some help from Ariadna Ros and her 11 assists. Ale Yaniz and Alex Papp kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

MAST Academy's victory bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Braddock, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season.

MAST Academy will face off against Archimedean at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Braddock, they will head out on the road to square off against Homestead at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
