Rossville got themselves on the board against Royal Valley on Thursday, but Royal Valley never followed suit. They blew past the Panthers 10-0. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

The win got Rossville back to even at 2-2-2. As for Royal Valley, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Rossville is set to square off against their familiar foe Silver Lake on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Bulldogs 1.7, the Eagles 3) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Royal Valley will take on rival Hiawatha on Monday.
