Forest has enjoyed the comforts of home their last four games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will square off against the Simsboro Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Tuesday, Forest's game was all tied up 15-15 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They were the clear victor by a 46-24 margin over Downsville. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Forest has posted against Downsville since November 13, 2018.
Meanwhile, Simsboro can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Choudrant with a sharp 82-56 win. The victory was familiar territory for Simsboro who now have four in a row.
Forest's win bumped their record up to 6-14. As for Simsboro, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-11 record this season.
Forest was taken down by Simsboro 83-55 in their previous meeting back in February of 2023. Can Forest avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
