On the hitting side, Sam Parrish was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases and one run. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Neill, who got on base in two of his four plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.
Chelsea hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Ramsay struck out ten times.
The victory got Chelsea back to even at 10-10. As for Ramsay, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.
