Colorado School for the Deaf Blind was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Parkhill Christian Academy Chargers 61-27. One positive for the Bulldogs, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Parkhill Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Blayden Billings led the charge by putting up 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Martinez, who posted seven points in addition to seven boards and five steals.

Colorado School for the Deaf Blind's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Parkhill Christian Academy, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-4.

Colorado School for the Deaf Blind will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge Hanover at 4:30 p.m. on January 21st. As for Parkhill Christian Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Varsity Opponent at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
