The Pantego Christian Panthers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight loss. They were outmatched by Midland Classical Academy on the road and fell 75-33. Pantego Christian has not had much luck with the Knights recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
It was another big night for Addie Dunn, who dropped a double-double on 31 points and 11 rebounds for Midland Classical Academy. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Dunn has scored all season. Mariah Davis was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with four steals.
Pantego Christian dropped their record down to 7-15 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Midland Classical Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 16-12.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pantego Christian will challenge the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Midland Classical Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge the Lions at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
