After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Seven Hills, the Miami Valley Christian Academy Lions were happy to have found some success on Saturday. They walked away with a 50-40 win over Cincinnati Christian. This was payback for Miami Valley Christian Academy, who suffered a 47-40 loss the last time these two teams met.
Despite the defeat, Cincinnati Christian had strong showings from Addyson Raby, who scored 14 points along with nine rebounds, and Kaylin Davis, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds.
Miami Valley Christian Academy now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Cincinnati Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-4.
Miami Valley Christian Academy will head out on the road to face off against Middletown Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cincinnati Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Cincinnati College Prep Academy at 6:30 p.m. Cincinnati College Prep Academy is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.
