West Bolivar's defeat was their eighth straight at home (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 2-7. As for South Delta, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-5.
West Bolivar will head out on the road to face off against Simmons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Simmons' favor is that they have now posted big point totals in their last seven games. As for South Delta, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Shaw at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Shaw comes in on a streak of failing to score more than eight points in their last seven games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
