Colonel Richardson entered their tilt with St. Michaels on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Saints a 16-0 shutout. Considering the Colonels have won eight contests by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Colonel Richardson's victory bumped their record up to 10-4-1. As for St. Michaels, they now have a losing record of 9-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Colonel Richardson will venture away from home to take on Snow Hill at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Eagles have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.25 runs per game on average), something the Colonels will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for St. Michaels, they will head out on the road to square off against Mardela at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
