The Heritage Hawks stacked an eighth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They breezed by St. Mary's Academy on the road to the tune of 68-21. That looming 68-21 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Heritage yet this season.
Sam Mead continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 24 points and 12 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Mason Robert bolinger was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Heritage's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-2. As for St. Mary's Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing St. Anne-Pacelli the next time they take the court. Heritage will host St. Anne-Pacelli at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, while St. Mary's Academy will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
